The Beauty of Still Life

The Stefan Luchian Art Galleries hosts the exhibition ''Homeland'' with paintings signed by Ioan Vacareanu. Originally from Botosani, the artist is passionate about nature and objects, finding in painting a way to express his feelings towards the place where he grew up and the space where he leads his daily existence.

Interweaving the individual work, the naive painting, with the lessons received through the courses attended at the Popular Art School from his natal city - Botosani, he is looking for his own way of expression on the difficult and winding road of art.

At his first ''personal'' , the exhibitor brings on the simes of the ''Stefan Luchian'' Art Galleries - Botosani works made over time, respectively landscapes and static nature - having an obvious attraction for the floral universe, so diverse.
